Beth has been involved in the world of dance since she was a young child. Her love for dance began as a member of the On Stage Academy of Performing Arts while studying Pointe, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Modern. From the age of 8 to 18, she performed in numerous full-scale, musical and dance productions. Many years involved with the company allowed Beth to build a solid foundation of discipline and dedication essential for the world of dance.
While pursuing her degree in Biology from UMass Amherst, Beth joined the UMass Amherst Ballroom Dance Team, and her love for the world of ballroom dancing began. Although a different genre of dance, her training and continued love for the art enabled her to become a strong competitor in the collegiate ballroom dance arena. Studying International Latin and Standard, Beth began dancing with Blake Kleppe, whom she has continued to dance with for 8 years.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Beth continued competing at competitions across the country in the areas of International Latin, Standard and Rhythm. She has performed at several prestigious events as a member of the RLJ Dance Formation Team. Her awards and recognitions include Yankee Classic World Masters
Megan Mello
Megan is currently living in Rumford RI with her husband and 2 boys Jack (2yrs) and Maxwell (4 months). A phlebotomist for the last 9 1/2 years, she is currently attending CCRI working towards becoming a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
Megan Tafe
Meg is an attorney in Quincy doing criminal and civil appeals and very much enjoys the endless hours of research and writing :), She is living just outside of Boston enjoying CITY life & has been seeing a wonderful guy for the past couple years.
Alison Dufault
Ali graduated from Westport High School in 2002 and went on to Northeastern University to pursue a degree in psychology. After graduating from Northeastern with a BS in psychology in 2006, she worked for 2 years managing a group home for adults with mental illness. Wanting to pursue a career in Social Work, she graduated from Boston College School of Social Work in May of 2010 with an MSW, receiving her license in social work in July of 2010. She recently had the opportunity to travel to Lesotho, South Africa and Honduras doing some volunteer work through the social work program. Currently, she is working as a therapist at MCI-Framingham, prison for women and truly enjoying the experience.
Sarah Dufault
Sarah Dufault was part of the On Stage Academy of Performing Arts for 7 years where she studied all forms of dance. While at On Stage, Sarah performed in various annual shows and also performed at Disney World. Sarah attended Westport High School where she played volleyball for 4 years and graduated in the top 10 of her class in 2001. Sarah went on to attend Northeastern University and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007. While at Northeastern University Sarah played on the club volleyball team where she was also a team captain. After graduating Sarah worked at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, MA for a two years and is now working at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center in Roslindale, MA. Sarah resides in Brighton, MA with her sister, Ali, who was also a member of the On Stage Academy of Performing Arts.
Taylor Cabral
Taylor graduated from On Stage in 2007. She also attended Bishop Connolly High School graduating in 2008. In high school she enjoyed performing in theatre shows such as Damn Yankees, An Ideal Husband and The 12th Night. Taylor also participated by doing hair and makeup for Connolly's production of Macbeth and Little Shop of Horrors. After high school she followed her dreams and attended Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Cranston, Rhode Island graduating in the winter of 2009.
Elise Barrar
Elise danced with On Stage throughout high school and continued dancing throughout college.She danced all four years with the Wheaton College Dance Company, performing various times throughout the year.Elise was co-captain of the Company her junior and senior year.One of the best parts of dancing with this company was the opportunity it provided for Elise to choreograph and stage her own works.In addition, for 8 weeks in the summer of 2009, Elise had an amazing opportunity to take part in the Summer Intensive Program at Broadway Dance Center in NYC, thanks to a stipend provided by Wheaton.In May 2010 Elise graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College with a degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education.
Kaitlin (Camara) Antunes- graduated from Somerset High School and attended Stonehill College in Easton , MA to pursue her Bachelors of Science in Biology. While at Stonehill, Kaitlin was the President of the Stonehill Dance Club. She co-founded and was the Captain of the Stonehill Dance Team. The Stonehill Dance Team is a national competition team that competes at the National Dance Alliance in Daytona Beach, Florida. During her senior year she was part of the team that made it to the finals and came in 13th place in the nation. Kaitlin graduated in May 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Kaitlin is currently a senior laboratory technician in the Biosample Services Facility for Brigham and Womens Hospital working at the Partners Center for Genetics and Genomics in Cambridge, MA. 2009 was a big year for Kaitlin, which included getting married to her High School Sweetheart, Steven Antunes, on October 24, 2009 and buying a house. On Veteren's Day, November 11, 2010, Kaitlin became a proud mom for the first time. Now, Kaitlin is enjoying motherhood and watching her son grow up.
Kaitlin (Camara) Antunes
Champion, Ohio Star Ball Vice Champion, and was ranked 3rd in the United States. After a very successful amateur career, Beth decided to compete professionally in the Rhythm style of dance. Already in her short professional career, she has been a Rising Star Finalist and Champion at competitions throughout the country. She currently is the Manager and a Professional Ballroom Instructor at Avalon Ballroom Dance in Belmont, MA. She is a strong foundation-oriented instructor and strives to teach solid dancing techniques. Her dance expertise and knowledge of technique and execution covers all areas of ballroom dance. Beth continues to train, dance and compete nationally.
